Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd

IMFA is an Odisha-based ferro alloys producer. The company states that Dr Bansidhar Panda founded it in 1961. [2]

Baijayant Panda is listed as Vice Chairman on the company’s Board of Directors page. [3] This page makes no statement about his operating responsibilities or the company’s performance.
